Bailey Residence: extraodinary theme-park-style pool with bridges, beach sand, slide and waterfalls; tropical landscape theme with an outdoor kitchen, Ipe boardwalk to a lighthouse, and massive palms craned into place; it’s waterfront entertainment at its best – located at the southern tip of Harbor Island, Tampa.
Delgado Residence: a modest-sized South Tampa lot transformed into an annual entertainment mecca for 200 friends; a Charleston-styled landscape and hardscape theme with sitting walls, day bed nestled under a pergola, rainchains, custom designed wrought iron archway with colored glass and old-world gates.
Entertainment Ruins: an estate-size lot on Lake Keystone with Southern Living-styled landscape themes and plantings; a marvelous texture of stones from the NE fill a dry creek that meanders in front of our recreated farm house ruins with cedar truss work, exquisite stone walls, fireplace, flagstone floors and entrance bridge make its lakefront view and setting spell liesure time with friends and family – Odessa.
Dannewitz Residence: located on a short canal to Tampa Bay in SW Tampa, this home is meant for entertaining; a spacious pool deck dotted with tropical palms and colorful ceramic pottery planted with herbs and flowers; South Bay stone from upstate NY retains the palm-planted elevation change to create mystery for the large travertine entrance drive; an underwater light under the broad Ipe dock sets a nightime mood that just has to be seen.
Krejci Residence: niches for entertaining describes this Mediterranean home; a cozy dining and sitting area abuts a tropicl landscape-ladened waterfall with stone from the Tennesee valley; around the corner is a travertine deck and lounge area for the cigar smokers; a screened a pool and deck acts as the grilling and entertaining hub while around the other side is a cutom designed potting shed for orchids, herbs and flower pot creations – located in South Tampa.
Coppage Residence: a large but energy-efficient plantation-style home was built on a large parcel in Lutz; nestled in a pine plantation that is surrounded by wetlands, we disigned a large scale dry creek to not only beautify and enhance the home’s aesthetics, it envirnomentally solves drainage issues in a natural and Florida-friendly setting.
Barry Residence: a large Hernando county estate transformed a 10 acre citrus grove into a sylvester palm plantation with a massive aquascape; our landscape design adorns a 300’ stream with three descending collecting ponds; a pergola, deck and bridges connect the aquascape to people-space places where wildlife interacts.
Jerve Residence: a gorgeous and massive grandfather live oak dominates this South Tampa yard; our landscape design respects and protects this rare beauty; a running bond brick drive and sidewalk system connects to the privacy gates to the back yard; strategic landscape screening allows out client the cover needed to entertain in private.
Woods Residence: our budget conscience creations allows our South Tampa client to entertain and live sustainably; a natural stone lined herb and veggie garden is watered by rain barrels; planted citrus helps to screen for privacy as well as provide delicious fruit; a small pergola and deck supports their penchant for orchid growings and the small lawn allows just enough space for their dog and his business – located in Tampa.
